Upgrade the Argo CD Integration
Rotate the Argo CD API token and update project scope.
The Argo CD integration has no in-cluster component to upgrade. Maintenance means rotating the API token and keeping the project scope current.
Rotate the API token
- In Argo CD, generate a new read-only API token for the IncidentFlow account.
- In IncidentFlow → Integrations → Argo CD, select Update credentials and paste the new token.
- Confirm the connection, then revoke the old token in Argo CD.
Update project scope
When projects or applications change, update the project scope in IncidentFlow so investigations see current deployment context.
After upgrading
- Confirm Argo CD shows as connected.
- Confirm the expected applications are visible.
- Re-run verification.
