Upgrade the Grafana Integration

The Grafana integration has no in-cluster component to upgrade. Maintenance means rotating the service account token and keeping the approved dashboards and datasources current.

Rotate the service account token

1. In Grafana, create a new read-only service account token.
2. In IncidentFlow → Integrations → Grafana, select Update credentials and paste the new token.
3. Confirm the connection, then revoke the old token in Grafana.

Update approvals

When dashboards or datasources change, update the approved dashboards and datasource list in IncidentFlow so investigations see current context.

After upgrading

• Confirm Grafana shows as connected.
• Confirm datasources are detected.
• Re-run verification.
