Configure the Slack Integration
Choose approved channels and confirm the read-only scope of the Slack integration.
Configure which Slack channels IncidentFlow may read and confirm that access stays read-only.
Channel access

Limit approved channels to those used for incident response. Do not grant access to channels containing unrelated or sensitive conversations.
Scope
The integration is read-only. IncidentFlow reads messages and threads for investigation and never posts, edits, or deletes content.
Apply changes
Update the approved channel list in IncidentFlow → Integrations → Slack. After changing configuration, re-run verification to confirm the expected channels are readable.
